Based in Auckland, she is an experienced yoga instructor, mindfulness guide and retreat facilitator.
She thrives on sweaty and energising flows, yet finds equal joy in leading slow, restorative yin practices. Lately, she has been drawn to the calming rhythms of gentle flow and the deep resonance of sound healing. Her offerings include weekly group yoga classes, sound healing sessions, mindfulness-based stress-relief workshops, and regular retreats both locally and abroad.
Holding space for healing and giving her participants the opportunity to release their stress as they enter brings her deep joy. She is committed to creating even more transformative experiences for those she serves.
